Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads, once a file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense. Please read the policy carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues → If the file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.

• Duplicate purchase → If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

• Incorrect product → If you received a different dashboard than the one ordered.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at brigitta@powerb-i.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Non‑Refundable Items

• Downloaded products → Once a dashboard has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund unless one of the above exceptions applies.

• Sale items and gift cards are non‑refundable.

Damages or Issues

If you experience problems accessing your dashboard, please contact us immediately at brigitta@powerb-i.com so we can assist you.

European Union Customers

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your digital purchase within 14 days unless the download has already begun. By downloading the product, you waive this right.
