Welcome to Power B (Microsoft Power BI Templates). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Power B (Microsoft Power BI Templates). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Access and Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate account and payment information and to maintain the security of your login credentials.

2. Our Products

We sell digital Power BI dashboard templates delivered electronically. We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, but variations may occur depending on your device or software version. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible once the download link has been issued.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply depending on your location. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment details.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

All dashboards are delivered electronically via download link or email. No physical shipping applies. Delivery is considered complete once the download link has been provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Power B (Microsoft Power BI Templates). You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal or business use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of templates is strictly prohibited.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are only available in limited cases:

Technical issues (file corrupted or inaccessible).
Duplicate purchase.
Incorrect product delivered.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”

8. EU Cooling‑Off Period

EU customers may cancel within 14 days unless the download has already begun. By downloading the product, you waive this right.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our templates, including lost profits or data. Templates are provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
